  • He was a partner in the tax area of renowned law firms and worked at KPMG for 8 years.
  • Specialist in Corporate Taxation, International Taxation and with a special focus on Transfer Pricing.
  • Expertise in cross-border operations, advising on the structuring of foreign investments in Brazil and Brazilian investments abroad.
  • Solid performance in business structuring, corporate operations, tax planning and international taxation.
  • Extensive performance in oil and gas and renewable energy, both with direct and indirect taxes. Experience in administrative and judicial tax litigation.
  • Rapporteur for Brazil, at the Latin American Regional Congress of the International Fiscal Association in Lima/Peru (2016): “Influence of the BEPS Plan on the rules of Transfer Rates in Latin America”.
  • Author of several articles in periodicals and collections, as well as co-author of the Book: “Accounting and Tax Aspects of the Electricity Sector” (Ed. Lumen Juris).
