OUR STORY
Hello, we are Luciana, Alexandre and Francisco, founders of Alma Law. We have been working together since 2017 and realized that combining our professional experiences and academic background with our human values could result in an innovative firm. Not only in the way it provides services, but also in the way it organizes itself and relates to its professionals and to the community.
Our firm was born out of the tax area. Tax influences and is influenced by all business and economic activity. It is part of a whole, and so should be the tax legal service.
Our innovation lies in the way we look at legal issues, in the use of our economic, accounting – and from other areas of law – knowledge to deliver the best result we can for our clients.
We want to have an impact on society by contributing to the institutional improvement of our tax environment and we are committed to training new generations of professionals aligned with ethical principles.
We value people and their individual projects, which is why all of us at Alma Law devote considerable time to teaching activities and, also, to the third sector.

Instituto Anelo originated in 1996 in the Jardim Florence I neighborhood, when Luccas Soares, a resident of one of its alleys, fell in love with music and decided that he would make it his life. Son of separated parents, since childhood Luccas worked providing informal services. He then invested all his savings in buying a keyboard, becoming the first musician in the family. And, in 1997, together with friends, he formed Banda Anelo, the embryo of what the Institute is today.
IPTI
The Institute for Research in Technology and Innovation – IPTI – is a non-profit institution of art, science and technology that seeks to generate innovations capable of promoting human development, based on the creation of social technologies in the areas of basic education, education entrepreneurship and basic health. IPTI began to take its first steps in October 2003, in the city of São Paulo. In 2009, the organization decided to move its headquarters to Santa Luzia do Itanhy, south of Sergipe, one of the municipalities with the lowest Human Development Index (HDI) in Brazil, in order to, together with the local community, generate solutions that are effective in contexts of extreme vulnerability and that have potential for scale. That is, everything happens from Santa Luzia do Itanhy. Once created, generated and systematized, the social technologies developed in that region are ready for re-application in any part of the planet.
